General Policy
- No Refund or Return Policy:
All purchases of products and services made at Raw Fitness Studio are final. There is no provision for refunds or returns for memberships, personal training sessions, or other gym services. - Supplements and Consumable Products:
- Supplements or other consumable products purchased from our gym are not eligible for returns or refunds unless deemed damaged at the time of receipt.
Policy for Damaged Products
- Eligibility for Returns on Damaged Products:
- A return or refund request will only be considered for products that are damaged upon receipt.
- The product must be unused, and the original packaging, including all labels, tags, and receipts, should be intact.
- Scrutiny Process:
- Upon receipt of a return request, our team will scrutinize the damaged product. This process involves verifying the condition of the product and the validity of the claim.
- Raw Fitness Studio reserves the right to reject claims if the damage is found to be due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
Handling Charge for Returns
- Return Handling Fee:
- For any approved returns of damaged products, a handling charge of 20% of the product price or ₹500, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Timeline for Refunds:
- Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product has passed the scrutiny process.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us:
- To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our support team at support@rawfitness.in or +919087676765 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Required Information:
- You will need to provide the order receipt, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
- Product Return:
- Upon approval of the return request, you will need to return the product to 28 Sri Vari Complex, Sitra, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641014 at your own expense.
Important Notes
- Raw Fitness Studio is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
- This returns policy does not cover dissatisfaction with services or products due to subjective reasons (e.g., taste preferences for supplements).
