1. Membership Fees and Admission Fees

1.1 All membership fees and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.2 Members are encouraged to thoroughly evaluate their decision before committing to a membership or paying the admission fee.

2. Refund Eligibility for Non-Usage

2.1 If a member has not accessed the gym facilities for even one hour since their membership activation, they may request a refund.
2.2 Refund requests under this clause must meet the following conditions:

• The member must provide written notice of the refund request within 7 days of membership activation.
• The gym's attendance records must validate that the member has not accessed the gym.

2.3 If the refund request is approved, a cancellation charge of ₹800 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades

3.1 Downgrades:

• Under no circumstances will membership plans be downgraded once purchased.
• Members are encouraged to choose a plan that suits their needs at the time of purchase.

3.2 Upgrades:

• Membership plans can be upgraded within one week (7 days) from the date of the first payment.
• The member will be required to pay the difference between the original plan and the upgraded plan.

4. Refunds for Supplements and Merchandise

4.1 All supplements and merchandise sold at the gym are non-refundable.
4.2 Members are advised to carefully review product details and consult with staff before making a purchase.

5. Refund Request Process

5.1 To initiate a refund request, the member must follow these steps:

• Submit a formal request via email or through the gym's designated platform.
• Include details such as the membership ID, date of activation, and reason for the request.
• Provide any supporting evidence or documentation if applicable.

5.2 The gym will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
5.3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Limitations and Final Decisions

6.1 The gym reserves the right to validate all refund requests based on attendance logs and other relevant records.
6.2 The gym's management holds the final authority to approve or reject refund requests.

7. Amendments to the Policy

This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the gym's management. Members are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
